Browsing Universities
How to search, filter, and sort universities to find the right fit.
The Universities page lets you explore hundreds of US institutions with powerful search and filtering tools.
Searching
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find universities by name. Results update as you type.
Filtering
Narrow your results using these filters:
- State: Filter by US state or region.
- Program Type: Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or Certificate programs.
- Tuition Range: Set a minimum and maximum tuition budget.
- SEVP Certified: Show only schools certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program, required for F-1 visa students.
Sorting
Sort results by:
- Relevance (default)
- Tuition: Low to High
- Tuition: High to Low
- Name: A to Z
Understanding the Cards
Each university card shows:
- University name and location (city, state)
- Tuition cost in USD and your local currency
- SEVP certification status
- Key program types available
Click any university card to view its full profile with detailed cost breakdowns, program listings, and admission requirements.
