Tracking Your Orders

Understanding order statuses and viewing your purchased services.

You can track all your service orders from your personal dashboard.

Viewing Orders

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click "My Inquiries" in the navigation.
  3. View a list of all your orders with their current status.

Order Statuses

  • Pending: Your order has been received and is awaiting processing.
  • In Progress: A GlobalPath advisor is actively working on your case.
  • Completed: The service has been fully delivered.
  • Cancelled: The order was cancelled.

Order Details

Click on any order to view:

  • Service description and features
  • Order date and current status
  • Assigned advisor information
  • Messages and updates from your advisor
  • Any documents or deliverables

You will receive email notifications whenever your order status changes, so you always stay informed.
