Tracking Your Orders
Understanding order statuses and viewing your purchased services.
You can track all your service orders from your personal dashboard.
Viewing Orders
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click "My Inquiries" in the navigation.
- View a list of all your orders with their current status.
Order Statuses
- Pending: Your order has been received and is awaiting processing.
- In Progress: A GlobalPath advisor is actively working on your case.
- Completed: The service has been fully delivered.
- Cancelled: The order was cancelled.
Order Details
Click on any order to view:
- Service description and features
- Order date and current status
- Assigned advisor information
- Messages and updates from your advisor
- Any documents or deliverables
You will receive email notifications whenever your order status changes, so you always stay informed.
