Yes. Go to your Dashboard, click your avatar, and select "Profile." You can update your email address in the Personal Information section. You will need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.

To delete your account, please contact our support team through the Contact page. We will process your request and delete all your personal data within 30 days, in compliance with data protection regulations. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

University rankings on GlobalPath are sourced from recognized ranking organizations. We display published rankings from sources such as U.S. News, Times Higher Education, and QS World Rankings. GlobalPath does not create its own rankings; we aggregate and display data from established sources to help you compare universities.

SEVP stands for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program, run by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). A school must be SEVP-certified to enroll international students on F-1 or M-1 student visas. If you plan to study in the US on a student visa, you must attend an SEVP-certified institution. You can filter for SEVP-certified schools on the Universities page.

Add universities to your shortlist by clicking the bookmark icon on any university card. Then go to your Dashboard and click "My Universities" to view all your shortlisted schools side by side. You can compare tuition costs, program offerings, rankings, and admission requirements.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant. We do not store your card information on our servers.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with a service, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered. Contact our support team through the Contact page with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Service timelines vary depending on the type. University Admissions guidance is typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. Visa Assistance timelines depend on your embassy appointment schedule. Test Preparation courses run 4-8 weeks. You will receive an estimated timeline in your order confirmation email.

Common documents include: academic transcripts, standardized test scores (TOEFL/IELTS, GRE/GMAT), letters of recommendation, a personal statement or essay, passport copy, and financial documents (bank statements, sponsorship letters). The exact requirements vary by university and program; your GlobalPath advisor will provide a personalized checklist.

We accept PDF (recommended), JPEG, PNG, DOC, and DOCX files. The maximum file size is 10 MB per file. For best results, upload documents as PDFs to preserve formatting. Scanned documents should be clear and legible.

Yes. GlobalPath uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Your documents are stored securely and are only accessible to you and your assigned advisor. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. Our scholarship database is updated regularly as new scholarships become available and existing ones are renewed. We verify scholarship information including eligibility criteria, deadlines, and award amounts. You will see the last-updated date on each scholarship listing.

GlobalPath helps you discover and track scholarships, but applications are submitted through each scholarship's official website. When you find a scholarship you want to apply for, click the "Apply" button to be taken directly to the official application page. Our Scholarship Finder service can also help you prepare stronger applications.
