Managing Documents

How to upload, organize, and download your application documents.

The Documents section in your dashboard helps you organize all your application materials in one secure place.

Uploading Documents

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click "Documents" in the navigation.
  3. Click the upload button and select your files.
  4. Add a label or category to each document for easy organization.

Supported File Formats

  • PDF (recommended for most documents)
  • JPEG and PNG (for photos and scanned documents)
  • DOC and DOCX (for editable documents)

Maximum file size: 10 MB per file.

Organizing Documents

You can categorize documents by type:

  • Transcripts
  • Test scores
  • Letters of recommendation
  • Personal statements
  • Financial documents
  • Passport and ID

Security

All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you and your assigned GlobalPath advisor can access your documents.

Upload your documents early, even if they are drafts. This helps your advisor provide better guidance and speeds up the process.
