Understanding the types of notifications you may receive.
GlobalPath sends notifications to keep you informed about important updates.
Notification Types
- Order Updates: Status changes for your service orders (pending, in progress, completed).
- Inquiry Responses: Replies from GlobalPath advisors to your inquiries.
- Scholarship Deadlines: Reminders when saved scholarship deadlines are approaching.
- System Announcements: Important platform updates and new features.
Where Notifications Appear
- In-App: A badge on the notification bell in your dashboard shows unread notification count.
- Email: Important notifications are also sent to your registered email address.
Managing Notifications
You can view all your notifications from the dashboard. Notifications are marked as read when you click on them.
Check your notifications regularly so you do not miss important deadline reminders or advisor messages.
